Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number or a prepaid return label, if applicable.
Note: If your order qualifies for free returns, you do not need a Return Authorization Number.


🔁 Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unused, in 100% brand-new condition, and returned within 60 days of the original order date.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

  • Returns made after 90 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 1 year from the order date).


📦 Packaging Instructions

Shoes:

  • Use the original white shipping bag to return the shoebox.

  • If you have a prepaid label, place it on the outside of the bag.

  • If not, write your RA number clearly on the outside.

Other Items:

  • Return in original packaging, with the RA number or return label on the outside.

  • Be sure everything is securely packaged to avoid damage or refusal.


⚠ Important Notes

  • Returns must include your RA number and a brief note explaining the reason.

  • Try shoes indoors only, on clean surfaces—returned shoes must show no signs of wear.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
