Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number or a prepaid return label, if applicable.
Note: If your order qualifies for free returns, you do not need a Return Authorization Number.
🔁 Return Guidelines

Items must be unused, in 100% brand-new condition, and returned within 60 days of the original order date.

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.

Returns made after 90 days may be eligible for exchange or store credit (valid for 1 year from the order date).
📦 Packaging Instructions
Shoes:

Use the original white shipping bag to return the shoebox.

If you have a prepaid label, place it on the outside of the bag.

If not, write your RA number clearly on the outside.
Other Items:

Return in original packaging, with the RA number or return label on the outside.

Be sure everything is securely packaged to avoid damage or refusal.

Returns must include your RA number and a brief note explaining the reason.

Try shoes indoors only, on clean surfaces—returned shoes must show no signs of wear.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
